PROMAX regularly completes studies to evaluate the ever changing logistics cost structure in order to optimize distribution areas for each port and to ensure that our customer is in the correct location.

 Through effective port operations management PROMAX has been able to significantly reduce vehicle processing time. By working with steamship lines and local stevedoring companies we have been able to realize a dramatic reduction in marine damage claims at each of our port operations. We also managed the design and implementation of a system to audit processor billing on a VIN/accessory item level. This system provides us with an excellent control mechanism for us to audit our port processors monthly invoices.
